A Warm Welcome To The Arbroath Pipe Band Website
Welcome to Arbroath Pipe Band website, we are a community pipe band that competes at grade 4b and 3a. We are a registered charitable organisation (SC031347) and a proud member of the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA). Based in the historic county of Angus, we celebrate Scotland’s rich musical heritage by bringing the stirring sound of pipes and drums to life at local events, national competitions, and international stages.

Our Mission
We are dedicated to preserving and promoting the great tradition of Scottish piping and drumming through education, performance, and community engagement.
Our goal is to provide high-quality tuition in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where children, young people, and adults can learn and develop the skills needed to become confident musicians and ultimately, full playing members of the band.

Tuition
We offer a well-structured tuition programme in piping and drumming, open to anyone aged 8 and over. Learners progress through our beginner classes before moving into our Development Grade 4B Band and, for those ready, our Senior Grade 3A Band.
New learners can enjoy a one-month free taster period, followed by tuition at just £5 per month.
